Ohad Barzilay is an R&D Manager and Data Expert, with proficiency on Digital Platforms.

He is VP Data in the Ingestion division at Placer.ai

Before Placer.ai, Ohad worked for Similarweb, where he was leading Total Traffic and Engagement, the Core Solutions Group and was head of Data science, promoting innovative AI solutions.

​

In his academic career, Ohad was a faculty member at Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University - developing novel models for digital platforms growth strategies.

 

Before joining academia, Ohad worked for various technology companies including Google, Jungo, VocalTec and BMC. He also served at the Israeli Chief Scientist Office at the committee for incubator and early-stage company funding, and at the scientific committee of the Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Center for Cyber Research.
